The First Assertion

All about life and the first voice of redemption.

The Highland Hooves – The far off beacon

The grand and kingly far off castle
The mighty forest and the waterfall
The clunk of metal on flesh and wood
A treat to the eye, she took it all
The grace of a fearsome warrior
The armor and the shine of sword
A lone tear, some dried up salt
Remains of a disconnected chord
A fleeting memory of innocence
Childish hopes and expectations
Dismissal of a definite dream
A way forward but the aberrations
With bended knee, and bare forehead
A hand raised towards the infallible
Somewhere a strong wind blows
An alarming beacon not so negligible
